So you like cars and love to tinker! Well, this program will help you get paid for what you already love to do. Entry-level jobs pay approximately $10/hour. Students use state-of-the-art equipment and modern procedures to learn technical and mechanical skills necessary to adjust, repair, and overhaul automobiles and individual component systems, including theory, computerized diagnostics, and high engine performance. NATEF (National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation)/ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification is available. Career opportunities include:

• Automotive designer
• Auto line mechanic.
